The machine makes more than anyone can use. That excess is the material, not a side effect. Ask it only for what is impossible, too difficult or too boring for a person.

Look at

rompecabezas: start with the short version (the big button). A film made with AI and then taken apart: hundreds of takes of the same shots, cut a few frames at a time.

Words

Take. One render of a shot. Seed. The number that decides how this render goes. Same prompt, same frames, a different seed: a different way the same moment could have gone. The model never does the same thing twice. That is usually called a defect; here it is the material.

In the lab

Install the kit and run START.bat.
Give your page to a chat and ask for a few prompts for a video model. Paste them into workflow 01 (text to video). A bunch of clips.
Pick the one you like most. Make it again, many times: thirteen takes. Workflow 03 (first and last frame) is best: same start, same end, only the movement changes.
